Scholarship Eligibility
The eligibility standard for the UK SJPL Rhodes Fully Funded Scholarship is stated below:
1. Candidates from Syria, Jordan, Lebanon, and Palestine.
2. Upon 1 October 2023, you should meet the below criteria:
a. You should be at least 18 and have not reached your 24th birthday (i.e., you should have been born after 1 October 1999 and on or before 1 October 2005). OR (for aged applicants who finished their first undergraduate degree later than usual)
b. You should not reach your 27th birthday (i.e., have been born after 1 October 1996), and you have met or will check the conditions for completion of your initial degree on or after 1 October 2022.
3. You should have finished (or will have finished by June / July 2024) an undergraduate degree with a First Class or lowest GPA minimum of 3.70 out of 4.0 (or equal). Please note carefully the conditions for your selected program at Oxford, which may be higher still. Successful applicants typically have careers within the top few ranks of their graduating classes.
4. You should have a enough high standard of English to meet the English language proficiency conditions (at the Higher Level listed) of the University of Oxford.

Scholarship Benefits
Benefits of the UK SJPL Rhodes Fully Funded Scholarship are:
1. All University and College fees
2. The University application fee
3. A living allowance (£16,218/Year)
4. One economy class airfare to Oxford at the peruse of the scholarship and one economy flight back to the candidate’s home country at the end of the scholarship.
Note: The tenancy of the Scholarship is 2 years, subject always to satisfactory educational performance and self-conduct. Subject to an application procedure, the Scholarship may be extended for a third year for those who take a managed route to the DPhil (PhD).
